Job vacancy: Post-doc position in Twente

The Centre for Transport Studies at the University of Twente is looking for a postdoc researcher. The research will be part of the project “Accessibility, social justice and transport emission impacts of transit-oriented development”, coordinated by the University of Twente. We are looking for a researcher with a PhD degree (or who will receive a PhD degree mid-2015 at the latest) in the fields of civil engineering, geography, urban/regional economics, or related disciplines. The candidate should be motivated and enthusiastic by working in a multidisciplinary environment, and have proven experience with quantitative travel behaviour research, transport modelling, GIS analysis, accessibility analysis and/or stated choice analysis. Good skills in written and spoken English are required, and Portuguese language skills are desirable. We offer a very challenging full-time position for three years in an inspiring multidisciplinary and international environment.
