The Department of Economics at the Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic, seeks to recruit a Post-Doc researcher in Transport Economics/Applied Micro. This position is from September 2019 till December 2022.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will collaborate on a project “New mobility - high-speed transport systems and transport behavior of the population”, CZ.02.1.01/0.0/0.0/16_026/0008430. The main responsibility involves data analysis and writing research papers for international peer-reviewed journals in Transport Economics, Economics Geography and Economics. The position does not include teaching obligations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates are expected to hold Ph.D. in Economics, or be close to finishing their Ph.D. Strong background either in transport economics or applied micro will be considered. The knowledge of Czech language is not required.
